Preparing KPI and strictly following it. - All plant Material requirement PR & PO Work in SAP System. - Preparing CAPEX, JSA, EWR, KPI before starting work - Preparing Preventive maintenance plan & Strickly following it. - Completed all over-hauling work of rotary compressor & Close screw compressor of advance - Calculation report of Brine plant TR calculation per day / Consumption of steam, process water, Drinking water, DM water, Compressor Air, Chilled water, Cooling water. - Smooth Operation Monitoring & Routine planned maintenance of each equipment in utility. - Efficiency calculation of Chiller, Brine plant, Cooling tower, Nitrogen plant, air compressor. - Vibration checking for all rotary equipment’s compressor motor & pumps and motor. - Physco Meter For measuring WBT & DBT of Cooling tower. - Handling all trouble shooting cause in utility department.
